Here are the references I looked at during week 7, focusing on giving my project a clear visual tone of voice focusing around the concept of the stamps.

Museum of Us, Fieldwork Facility

I really like how they've made "stickers" be the center of their project and what directed the whole visual aspects of the project. The project was about bringing a sense of community to a London neighborhood by opening a museum about the story of the neighborhood, with the aim of it being a collaborative museum where each resident of the neighborhood could participate in the exhibition, as well as promoting communication between the members of that community. The stickers here were a way of making people proud of their neighborhood and were used to be showed, as if everyone having a sticker was immediately recognized as a member of that community/neighborhood.

I want the stamps in my project to be as present as the stickers in the reference and to lead all my visual language in the project.

From babies with love

I looked at this reference because, as a brand, they use a big part of the stamps visual language, in their logo or some of their Instagram accounts posts for example, and it was a good way to visually inspire my project.

Looking at stamps and postcards

Looking at some postcards and stamps I kept at home, notably looking at the design of the postcards (lines, layout, etc...) as well as the design of the stamps (how much text is there on each, their shape, etc...)
