Week 5: Letters system

The aim of my project being to encourage the dialogue/conversation between homeless people and the rest of individuals in society, I first thought of the different possible ways of communicating that exist (for one to one conversations mainly), to then see which one would be the most appropriate one to use for my project.

Having chosen the letter as the way of communicating between homeless people and the rest of society, I then started to think how would that exchange work, how could I make it work? It needed to be something easy to do both for the homeless person and for the "random" person, so that they engaged easily with the project. This is the system I came up with:

I also started to look at design possibilities inside this idea of exchanging letters between homeless people and other people in society: how could I introduce design in this idea?
