After Thursday's (21/04) tutorial, I worked on how to narrow down what I was looking at, as I was looking at lots of different aspects of homelessness in my previous visual tests and needed to start deciding which path I wanted to take, and decide what it is that I wanted to communicate. To help me with that I made myself a mind map summarizing all the aspects of homelessness I had been looking at and what seemed the most interesting of those aspects to me, so I could then choose the one that I felt was more important to talk about and that was the most important one for me: the feeling of exclusion and abandonment homeless people feel within society.

Then, I did a visual brainstorming of ways in which I could translate that idea into typography and typefaces, so that I could then start making those visual tests kn going what I was going for.

Also, after Thursday's tutorial I understood that I needed to start thinking about text and what I wanted to use may typefaces for, what message did I want to deliver?
