Week 4: Materials and texture

After my first tutorial showing my first visual tests, the feedback was that I needed to start thinking about materials and working physically more than digitally, as this makes much more sense when treating an issue like homelessness, as the vast majority of homeless people have little or no access to digital media, as well as a digital typeface seems too "perfect" compared to the reality homeless people live.

I then started to think about materials and colors I could start testing with while being at home, and that I'm going to explore in lots of different ways during this 4th week.

Here are some tests I did to obtain texture with some brown paper I had at home, with reminds me of cardboard, a material strongly associated with homelessness.
